I just got home from the Sex and the City sneak preview screening and I just loved it. Fashion, New York City and those 4 fabulous girls….can’t get much better than that!! Go see it!

One of the things that I offer to brides and grooms and seniors are postcards. These postcards can use as few as one large image and up to 4 images from your engagement/wedding/senior portrait session. They come in 4×6 and 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. The nice thing about postcards are 1) They are cheaper to send. When you are sending 100 or more pieces of mail, that can save you quite a bit. 2) Everyone you send them to will have a nice image of you to save. For seniors, there is no need to send wallet size pictures if you don’t want. For the engaged or newly married, everyone is left with a lovely image of the two of you. 3) No envelopes. Just write on the back. Here are some examples of them used as graduation announcements. Any of the colors can be changed to what you personally want.

I was at my parents house today and noticed that the lilac bushes were just blooming. They are probably one of my favorite flowers because they are so fragrent. My Dad used to cut them and put them in our rooms when we were little. I love them. Here are a few pictures of those.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up out there. Currently my website is down and I’m still trying to figure out when it will be up. This is why I have my email through gmail…if my website goes down, I don’t lose my email as well! Hopefully it will be back up tomorrow and running smoothly!

Thanks!

Liz and Nathan were in town on Sunday for an engagement session. They are getting married in July and I’m really excited about their wedding. They are a really fun couple who just like to make each other laugh and have a good time. Here are a few from their session…

This last week I met up with Trina and Cory. They came all the way up to Fargo from St. Cloud to do an engagement session. Unfortunately it was very cold outside and so we did some shots inside. A BIG thanks needs to go out to Atomic Coffee on Broadway in Fargo for allowing us to take pictures inside their shop. Here are just a few images…

On Tuesday I headed out on the town with Nicole to do some senior pictures. Unfortunately it rained like crazy when we headed out. We were still able to get some great images though and here are a few of them…

When my ex-boss Anthony asked me to take some pictures of his 3-month old son Emerson, I was really nervous. I don’t typically do child photography and I have been thinking about getting into it but it’s a lot harder than photographing weddings and seniors….at least for me! Babies and small children don’t really listen or pose so you have to just hope you don’t upset them and you capture some nice moments. It was a challenge but it was really fun and it makes me think it’s something I could get into. What do you think? Here are a few from our session….

Yesterday I went downtown with Laura to take some pictures for her graduation. Here are just a few images from her session.
